Install Pergo, floating floors, click floors or laminate staple down floors . ( $ 5.50 per square foot, labor only )

Install prefinished parquet or plank glue down flooring . ( $ 8.00 per square foot, labor only )

Remove carpet, pad and tacklers. ( $ 1.05 per square foot )

Refinish old or new pine, fir or maple floors. Apply 3 coats of commercial grade  ( high-gloss or satin ) polyurethane. ( $ 3.50 per square foot ) Excludes kitchens, bathrooms and halls.

Sand and finish new oak stair treads. ( $ 45.00 per stair tread only )

Refinish old oak stair treads. ( $ 45.00 per stair tread only )

Buff and apply extra coat of commercial grade (high-gloss or satin) polyurethane. ( $ 1.50 per square foot )

Apply any color of stain to floors except white. ( $ 1.50 per square foot )

Apply one coat of stain to stair tread. ( $ 35.00 per stair tread )

Apply 4 coats of commercial grade ( water-base ) polyurethane instead of oil modified polyurethane. ( $ 1.50 per square foot more )

Apply ( white ) stain to floor. ( $ 5.50 per square foot )

Apply Wood bleach to flooring. ( $ 3.50 per square foot )
